What is the ROCK Squad?
The ROCK Squad is Rock Your Hair's Official Promotional Team! This affiliate program is an amazing way for you to earn amazing discounts just for sharing the #RYHLove! Sign up today to join and start earning points. Earn points for things like purchases, referring friends, birthdays, social follows and much more!
Who can apply for the ROCK Squad?
The ROCK Squad is open to everyone, worldwide. You do not have to be a U.S. resident to be a part of the ROCK Squad. There is no application for the Rock Squad as of 8/1/18. All Rock Rewards Members are eligible to promote.
Do I have to pay to be a member of the ROCK Squad?
Absolutely NOT! There is zero financial commitment to being a ROCK Squad member. Members are never required to purchase anything to be a part of our team.
What's the difference between Promo Team and ROCK Squad?
ROCK Squad and promo team are the same thing, the ROCK Squad is our Official Promotional Team.
What happened to the RYH Ambassador program?
The Ambassador/Model programs merged into our promo team. If you were part of one of these programs, simply re-apply for the ROCK Squad Promo Team and your application will be approved. All of our previous programs are now one cohesive Promotional Team, which is called the ROCK Squad. The ROCK Squad Promotional Team also gives each promoter the opportunity to earn commission on all of their sales in the form of a RYH Gift Card. Everyone starts on the same level, but based on your sales, you can be moved to the celebrity category, where you will have the opportunity to earn cash for your sales as well as special invites to Rock Your Hair photo shoot & events.
How will I find out if I'm selected?
There is no waiting period beginning August 1, 2018 with our brand new Rock Rewards program for Rock Squad Members. Simply sign up here for a rockyourhair.com account and get started. We believe that EVERYONE who wants a chance to promote Rock Your Hair and become a social influencer should have the chance!
Can you give me a shout out on your story?
Being featured on our story is reserved for ROCK Squad members who have stood out from the crowd. If you would like a chance to be featured on our story follow the guidelines below:
- Your Instagram account must be public. We cannot see your photos and how much you are promoting if your profile is private.
- Use the following hashtags: #ROCKSquad, #RYHGirl2017 (or #RYHGuys2017) and #RYHLove
- Tag @rockyourhair
How do I add my link to Instagram?
- Open Instagram on the same device and navigate to your account page.
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Paste the URL into the box that says "Website"
- Click on "Done" to save
- If you have multiple links you would like to include, try using linktr.ee
What are some of the perks for being a ROCK Squad member?
As a ROCK Squad Affiliate, you will receive points for all purchases made while SIGN IN to your rockyourhair.com account (your must be signed in to receive credit. You will also have an opportunity to earn bonus points for things like making a $50 purchase in one transaction, completing 5 purchases, having a birthday, etc.
In addition to earning points and special gifts, all ROCK Squad Promo Team members are eligible to be featured on social media. Each participant also has the opportunity to move up to the "Celebrity" category, where they will have the chance to attend RYH Events as a VIP and participate in Official RYH Photoshoots.
Social media and other promotional opportunity selections will be based on sales volume.
How do I know if someone has purchased through my link?
You will get an email notification if one of your friends uses your link. You will also be able to log in to your rockyourhair.com account and check your points balance at any time.
As a member of the Rock Squad, can I go on tour with Rock Your Hair?
Unfortunately, to be a part of the tour, you must be invited. Open guest spots may become available during the tour. All audition opportunities will be posted on instagram at @rockyourhair.
Will I get to model for Rock Your Hair?
Being a part of the ROCK Squad will help increase your chances of participating in a photo shoot, but this special opportunity is not guaranteed just for being a member of the ROCK Squad. Selection criteria is based heavily on promotional performance and sales volume. We will periodically choose members doing an awesome job of promoting (regardless of sales volume) to participate in various Rock Your Hair promotional opportunities.
While we love hearing from all of our amazing Rockstars, please refrain from emailing, messaging on social media or calling to inquire about modeling opportunities. These messages will not increase your chances of working with Rock Your Hair and may not be responded to.
