Length of Membership

Your Rock VIP membership will be active for up to one year (365 days) after purchase, depending on your membership terms.

VIP Membership Benefits

Your Rock VIP membership entitles you to the following benefits:

Using Your VIP Benefits

You must be logged into the account used to purchase your membership in order to access your member benefits. Purchases made without login will not be adjusted.

Membership Renewal

Your Rock VIP membership will automatically renew until cancelled. If you forget to manually cancel your membership, a refund may be requested up to 48 hours after the renewal date, as long as none of the member benefits have been used. After the 48 hour grace period, no refunds will be issued.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your Rock VIP membership at any time by visiting Your Account and visiting the "Manage Memberships" tab. After your cancellation is confirmed,your membership access will remain active on your account until the end of the current canceled billing period. After the billing period has expired, your member benefits will end.

Misc. Limitations

• Free shipping is only available for orders being shipped within the contiguous U.S..
• Discount does not apply to gift cards, on-site event pricing, wholesale pricing or Rock Your Pony.
  
• Benefits may not be shared. Any account discovered to be sharing benefits with non-members may be subject to termination.
• Rock Your Hair reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion.
• You must be enrolled in our newsletter to receive email communication regarding special offers and incentives related to your VIP membership.
  
• Memberships are not eligible for transfer.
• Rock Your Hair may choose to add or remove membership benefits at our discretion.

Termination

Rock Your Hair reserves the right to terminate any membership that violates these Terms, involves fraud or misuse of the VIP membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user.
