Shipping Information

I provided the wrong shipping address. What can be done?

There is a very small window of opportunity to make changes before your order ships. Please call or email us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address and we will make every attempt to change it before your order is delivered. If the order has shipped, but has not yet delivered, we may be able to update the delivery address.

If the error is not caught before delivery, and accepted by someone at the incorrect address, the package must be returned by the recipient in order for us to take action. If the package is returned, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund (minus shipping cost). If the package is not returned, unfortunately, no further action can be taken.

Can I cancel my order*?

Due to our affiliate referral program and several other changes with our order fulfillment system, we are no longer accepting order cancellations. Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy before submitting. If you decide that you do not want to keep your order, once it is received, you may return it. Please use our contact form or call 866-472-0390 to begin the return process. 

*Orders that include Free Gifts with purchase are only eligible for exchanges or merchandise credit.
